Everything you put into Everhold stays on your phone. We have no servers, no accounts and no analytics, and we cannot see your items, dates, notes or photos.
Your items, dates, reminders, notes, photos and settings are saved only on your device. Photos you add are copied into the app's own storage on the phone. Reminders are scheduled locally through iOS notifications; no reminder ever comes from a server. Deleting the app deletes all of this data.
Everhold Pro purchases are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to check whether a purchase is active; this involves an anonymous device identifier and receipt data, never your name, email or contacts. Payment details are handled entirely by Apple and never reach us.
Notifications are used only for the reminders you set. The camera and photo library are used only when you choose to add a photo to an item, and the images stay on your device.
If the app ever changes how it handles data, this policy will be updated and the change noted in the app update notes.
