Welcome to Pictolo. These terms are short on purpose.
Pictolo is a puzzle game for personal use. The puzzles, artwork and design belong to Ruth McCarthy, trading from Ireland. Please don't copy or resell them.
Pro is a single one-off purchase, not a subscription. You pay once, it is yours for good, and there is nothing to renew or cancel. Payment is charged to your Apple account. If you get a new device, Restore purchases in Settings brings Pro back. Apple's standard End User Licence Agreement applies.
Purchases are made through Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.
We work hard to keep Pictolo bug-free and delightful, but the app is provided "as is" without warranties. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Irish or EU consumer law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
