Plane Spotter Log is a personal hobby logbook. Everything in it is your own record, and nothing in this app should be relied on for any operational, commercial or safety purpose.
Your sightings, photos and notes belong to you. Keep a backup: the export and iCloud backup tools exist for exactly that.
Follow local rules at airfields and respect restricted areas; the app has no knowledge of where you may or may not stand.
Spotter Pro comes two ways: a yearly auto-renewing subscription with a one-week free trial, or a one-off forever unlock. The subscription renews each year unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel it any time in your Apple ID subscription settings. The forever unlock is a single payment and never renews. Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard terms.
