Tool Tracker keeps a record of your tools: what you paid, where you bought them, warranty dates, tax write-off periods and who on the crew holds what. Warranty lengths shown for brands are our best understanding of published standard warranties and can differ by country and change over time: always check the terms that came with your tool. Tool Tracker does not give tax advice; write-off periods are reminders you set, and your accountant has the final word.
Solo records live on your device: keep your own backups using Export, and note that we cannot recover data from a lost or reset phone because we never hold it. In business mode with crew sync on, the shared tool list is held in our database so the crew stays in step; the owner controls who has access.
Pro removes the free tier's limits for one person. Business covers the whole crew: the owner pays, workers join free with a code. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in your iPhone Settings; the forever options are one-off payments. All subscriptions start with one month free. Purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's standard licence terms.
